About The Position

IH Services, Inc., the leading provider of quality facility management services
for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and
educational facilities is in need of a floor maintenance tech in Melbourne, Florida.

One year experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

Requirements

• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

• experience with waxing or buffing

Responsibilities

• Stripping, waxing and buffing floors
• General carpet cleaning and extraction
• Other cleaning duties as needed
