Your role as a Floor Tech As a Part Time Floor Tech at Clean Team, you will be responsible for comprehensive floor care and maintenance across various surfaces in the assigned facility, including both hard flooring and carpeting. Your role will involve a range of essential tasks such as stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing, and spot cleaning to ensure each area meets our high standards of cleanliness. Requirements

Proficiency in using essential tools such as a floor buffer, carpet extractor, and equipment for stripping, sealing, refinishing, and waxing floors.
Strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills
Ability to operate and maintain various floor care machines, such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors
Knowledge of different floor types and maintenance techniques

Knowledge of carpet shampooing, extraction, and bonnet cleaning
Safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment.

Responsibilities
