About The Position

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking to hire Day Floor Technicians . As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, stripping, scrubbing, finishing, and buffing all hard floors and corridors, stripping and sealing floors and corridors, stripping and sealing restroom floors, maintaining carpet, including vacuuming, shampooing, extracting, and spot cleaning.

Requirements

Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
Reliable Transportation.

Nice To Haves

Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Responsibilities

Strip, scrub, mop, finish, and buff all areas as scheduled.
Inspect and clean all corners by hand that power cleaning equipment cannot reach.
Remove floor drain inspection plates, and clean by hand when necessary.
Inspect for finish build-up and correct.
Report to the Cleaning Supervisor, areas he/she feels require a different maintenance schedule.
Inform the Cleaning Supervisor of any leaks, maintenance concerns, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Maintain all equipment in good condition.
Vacuum, and clean carpet areas as scheduled.
Other duties as assigned.
