Job Skills / Requirements We are looking for a hardworking Floor Technician to deliver the highest quality of floor care services to surfaces in various commercial buildings throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. No experience required, we provide training and equipment to ensure your success. The duties of this job include: carpet extraction, stripping, waxing, buffing floors, and burnishing of floors. This is a full-time 40+hour per week, permanent 2nd shift position, with a regular daily start time of 4:30pm, Monday- Friday. Requirements

Minimum of three years floor and carpet care experience.
Valid driver's license and insurable
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Access via telephone.
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, such as alarm information, details of work tickets, directions to job sites, etc.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
