About The Position

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening March 2026! Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.

Position Summary:

The Floor Care Technician performs assigned floor care functions based on hospital standards and procedures; performs environmental services duties as needed, performs linen distribution at facilities, performs floor care such as waxing, stripping, buffing and other contractual duties according to regulations. Assist with routine maintenance and servicing operations as directed by the Director of Plant Operations.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred in a health care setting
• General maintenance/and care of multiple types of floors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
