About The Position

Community Eldercare Services (CES) is looking for a Floor Technician to join our growing team! Floor Technician (Floor Tech) duties include but are not limited to: Stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing floors to maintain a clean and polished appearance Carpet shampooing and extraction Operating and maintaining floor care equipment such as buffers, burnishers, and auto scrubbers Cleaning and maintaining tile, vinyl, and other hard surface flooring Following safety procedures when handling chemicals and equipment Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors Assisting with additional housekeeping or environmental services tasks as needed Other tasks as required Benefits include but are not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, and life insurance 401K Pet insurance Competitive pay Career advancement opportunities Educational opportunities Requirements Previous floor care experience preferred Experience operating commercial floor equipment preferred Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment as needed Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Our mission is to reconnect people to life through individuals serving individuals. Requirements

Previous floor care experience preferred
Experience operating commercial floor equipment preferred
Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment as needed
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing floors to maintain a clean and polished appearance
