In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas. You will operate cleaning equipment, remove stains, buff, polish and wax floors, clean and sanitize floors and carpets, assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins, and ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests. You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers. General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas, and trash removal are also part of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
- Operate cleaning equipment.
- Remove stains, buff, polish, and wax floors.
- Clean and sanitize floors and carpets.
- Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
- Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
- Help respond to resident emergencies when asked.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.
- Perform general cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
- Remove trash.
Requirements
- Floor Waxing Experience Preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers.
