In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas. You will operate cleaning equipment, remove stains, buff, polish and wax floors, clean and sanitize floors and carpets, assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins, and ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests. You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers. General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas, and trash removal are also part of your responsibilities.
