We are hiring for Experienced Floor Techs in Smithfield, NC Must have at least 6 months or recent experience operating floor equipment. Such as a riding floor scrubber or a stand behind floor scrubber. Direct Hire, Full Time, 4-Day Work Week!!! Overnight Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday OR Wednesday to Saturday from 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM Shift includes a 1-hour lunch break that may be split into two 30-minute breaks. Pay: $16.50 per hour Sizemore, Inc. Offers: Direct hire positions with career growth! Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and more! We offer overnight and day shifts! A secure safe environment to work! Weekly pay on Fridays! 4 days on 3 days off schedule! Full Time Work! We conduct 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment. You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to floor equipment operating, cleaning of equipment, preventative maintenance and other duties as assigned. This role does include station cleaning, parking lot sweeping, and general warehouse duties such as support to cardboard shuttle movement and housekeeping when needed. Qualifications: At least 6 months of floor tech experience either on a riding floor scrubber or a stand behind floor scrubber. Previous janitorial related experience is desirable. Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor. Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the circumstances. Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potential stressful and time sensitive situations. Possess good problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize. Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity. Communicate effectively both verbally and written. Working Conditions: • Majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled building. Extensive walking or standing for extended periods of time. Requirements

At least 6 months of floor tech experience either on a riding floor scrubber or a stand behind floor scrubber.
