About The Position

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Casino Pit during their shift. This role involves supervising casino games, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and providing exceptional guest service. The Floor Supervisor will manage dealer assignments, resolve guest complaints, and maintain the integrity of gaming operations.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Ability to provide legible communication and direction.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Preferred two years of supervisory experience in casino gaming.
• Knowledge of all aspects of casino gaming and Title 31 training and compliance.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and other computer functions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required work cards.
• Verification of right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all casino games and ensure compliance with departmental policies and gaming regulations.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction based on game rules and comping criteria.
• Advise management of any personnel or operational issues.
• Count table inventories and calculate win/loss at the end of the shift.
• Communicate important information to the incoming shift.
• Issue and review playing cards and dice for irregularities at the start and during the shift.
• Train and counsel table games dealers as needed.
• Ensure card and dice security throughout the shift.
• Report any irregular play, buy-ins, or transactions to management.
• Provide outstanding guest service to all guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
