About The Position
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for patient flow, access and the direct supervision of the clinical support staff on the floor during daily operations in the health center. This role involves providing support and supervision to departmental staff, serving as a system matter expert and mentor, and ensuring compliance with training plans. The Floor Supervisor is also tasked with facilitating efficient patient flow by coordinating front and back office services, monitoring patient flow, and making real-time staffing adjustments based on operational needs. Additionally, the supervisor conducts continuous rounding to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and addresses workflow issues as they arise.
