About The Position
The Floor Supervisor will manage staff, handle customer issues, and oversee safety compliance on-site at Halidom Eatery - ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Halidom Eatery hosts 10 diverse food vendors and features the beautiful Bar La Rose, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The atmosphere is elevated casual, contemporary, and energetic. Candidates will have supervisory experience in a restaurant environment. Location: Halidom Eatery https://www.halidomeatery.com/ 1341 Moreland Ave SE Atlanta, GA 30316 Compensation: $22.00 - $22.00 USD/hr + event tips and full benefits options On-site parking lot is free and guarded by security. Access to employee-only cafe and break space with free snacks and refreshments. This is a full time, hourly paid position. Attendance requirements will vary based upon operating hours and events.
Requirements
- Candidates will have supervisory experience in a restaurant environment.
- Experience with social media management and sales tools; CRM
- Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US
Responsibilities
- Supervising and Managing Staff: This includes scheduling, training, and evaluating staff performance
- Customer Service: Ensuring a positive dining experience, addressing complaints, and maintaining high service standards
- Food Safety and Quality: Overseeing food preparation, storage, and serving, ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing costs
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the restaurant, adhering to regulatory standards
- Operational Efficiency: Ensuring smooth restaurant operations, optimizing workflows, and addressing issues promptly
- Financial Management: Managing cash flow, processing payments, and potentially managing budgets
- Communication: Communicating effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Hiring and Training: Participating in the hiring process and providing training to new and existing staff
