As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily FOH operations across both the restaurant and bakery, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and team performance. This role combines operational leadership with hands-on guest service such as leading opening, midday, and closing procedures, setting the tone for the day, and transitioning into a host role during peak hours. You’ll serve as the face of hospitality, supporting seating flow, guest communication, and coordination with management, while maintaining the high standards and energy that define the Hellas experience.
