Requirements

• Five (5) years table game experience required.
• Must be knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games.
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Required exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino and/or Hotel areas.
• Ability to read and understand all Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures and ability to complete standard Seminole Tribe of Florida forms and reports are required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offers the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of player enjoyment and return play.
• Monitors and adjusts table game limits with respect to gaming volume.
• Responsible for handling customer requests, including information, markers, and comps.
• Ensures accuracy of all monetary transactions.
• Responsible for compliance with all Seminole Gaming's Compliance and Regulations and Federal CTR & SARC regulations.
• Responsible for specific table games scheduling for Dealers.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of subordinate performance and productivity.
• Responsible for customer enjoyment and satisfaction.
