About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing schedules for the staff and completing the work distribution report to ensure all sections are adequately covered. You will conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure they meet company cleaning standards. Additionally, you will train and supervise all new associates while providing ongoing training for current staff. You will also check for early make-ups, special requests, and VIPs, maintain proper written records for lost and found, run a departure report, and recheck all rooms in your assigned section. Furthermore, you will write up work orders for repairs and report any broken door locks or safety hazards to management for immediate attention.
