Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly employees. The primary responsibility of this role is ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. The position involves handling emergency situations, general cleaning duties, and compliance with the company dress code. Specific duties include operating POS systems, managing cash and inventory, promoting loyalty programs, enforcing MPAA ratings, maintaining cleanliness in auditoriums and common areas, and assisting guests.
