Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or floor maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment safely.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their proper usage.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers to clean and maintain various types of flooring.
• Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly.
• Perform routine floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
