We are seeking a 1st Shift Floor Scrubber/Janitorial Cleaner for our location in Zionsville, IN. We are a facility management and maintenance company with more than 30 years of industry experience. We are a very stable and reliable company, headquartered in Chattanooga TN, and are looking for hardworking, motivated, and reliable candidates. Requirements

• MUST be physically capable of performing duties
• On feet for entire shift
• MUST be reliable!

Responsibilities

• Dust mop floors
• mop floors
• Top Scrub floors
• Run a ride on or walk behind floor scrubber machine
• Pay attention to detail
• Any other duties that may be assigned
• Keeping grounds free from trash, litter and debris, and emptying trash receptacles
• Blows and sweeps sidewalks, parking lots
• Performs other duties as assigned
