About The Position

The position offers a competitive wage of $20/hr - $22/hr, influenced by experience. Additionally, a bonus incentive is in place, contingent upon objective performance metrics. Day in the Life: As a Grind Room Associate, your primary responsibilities will entail: Transport, prepare, and control molding sand for further processing using a bucket loader, muller, and conveyor system. Carefully prepare assembled sand molds using weights and jackets. Employ conveyor system and forklift to transport them for pouring. Remove, screen, and reclaim sand from poured molds using hand tools and bucket loader. Palletize and transport castings using forklift for further processing stations on site. Requirements

Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods of time.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrates adaptability and a keen attention to detail.
