About The Position

MediaLab 3D Solutions is seeking an entry-level Proofreader/Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Interactive Floor Plans Team. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and functionality of both static and interactive floorplans.
Our Team is production based, fast-paced and deadline-driven, but still has plenty of room for fun in our fully remote work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a proofreading or quality assurance environment
• Excellent communication skills, particularly within the scope of providing feedback and explaining directions
• Highly detail-oriented
• Strong ability to prioritize and work independently while being deadline-driven in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Proofread residential single-family and multi-family floorplans by comparing marketing artwork against AutoCAD files, ensuring the floor plans accurately reflect design, features, labels, and client standards
• Test electronic floor plan brochures to ensure interactive features display and function correctly
• Provide clear, concise written feedback to Floorplan Artists documenting the results of the floor plan evaluation
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Team Leads to document, develop and maintain client standards
• Meet tight deadlines and quickly adapt to shifting priorities
• Exhibit familiarity with architectural terminology and concepts, including AutoCad
