About The Position

Responsible for accurately and efficiently correct minor machine malfunctions, give US currency change, process winning tickets from Video Poker Machines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift
• Must have basic math skills
• Must be able to communicate using a two-way radio
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications

Responsibilities

• Correct minor machine malfunctions

• Process winning tickets from Video Poker Machines
