The Floor Manager at Big Air Trampoline Park is a key role responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience during shifts. This position involves managing daily operations, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to create a fun and engaging environment for visitors.

Manages day-to-day shift activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls to the park.
Proactively ensures the park is kept clean and safe for all visitors.
Thoroughly conducts daily park inspections.
Ensures employees adhere to strict safety standards and training.
Responds immediately/respectfully to guests' needs.
Responds to and handles incidents with care while adhering to company procedures.
Assists in training of new hires, sets the tone for a shift, and acts as a role model.
Processes payments and transactions, handles cash tills, and balances safe.
Conducts opening and closing duties.
Uses POS system and booking software with high level of competency.

Excellent communication skills - both spoken and written.
Management experience preferred but not required.
Ability to problem solve & learn new processes quickly.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Friendly, hospitable, and professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to interact with people of ALL ages in a respectful way.

Retail, hospitality, or family entertainment experience preferred.
