The Floor Manager at Big Air Trampoline Park is a key role responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience during shifts. This position involves managing daily operations, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to create a fun and engaging environment for visitors.

  • Manages day-to-day shift activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls to the park.
  • Proactively ensures the park is kept clean and safe for all visitors.
  • Thoroughly conducts daily park inspections.
  • Ensures employees adhere to strict safety standards and training.
  • Responds immediately/respectfully to guests' needs.
  • Responds to and handles incidents with care while adhering to company procedures.
  • Assists in training of new hires, sets the tone for a shift, and acts as a role model.
  • Processes payments and transactions, handles cash tills, and balances safe.
  • Conducts opening and closing duties.
  • Uses POS system and booking software with high level of competency.
  • Excellent communication skills - both spoken and written.
  • Management experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to problem solve & learn new processes quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Friendly, hospitable, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with people of ALL ages in a respectful way.
  • Retail, hospitality, or family entertainment experience preferred.
