About the Role: The Museum of Tolerance is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Floor Operations Manager to serve as the operational leader of the museum floor and retail store. In this role, you will help bring the museum experience to life—ensuring that every visitor, student group, and guest encounters a welcoming, well-organized, and inspiring environment. As the manager of daily floor operations, you will oversee frontline staff, volunteers, and retail activity while ensuring that museum operations run smoothly and at the highest level of professionalism. You will play a key role in creating an exceptional visitor experience while maintaining strong coordination across departments including education, security, facilities, and audiovisual teams. This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for mission-driven work. This position reports to the Deputy Director and is based onsite in Los Angeles.
