  • Leading with a party mentality—bringing energy, fun, and great vibes to every shift
  • Overseeing daily front-of-house operations with efficiency and positivity
  • Ensuring unforgettable guest experiences through proactive floor presence
  • Managing labor controls, shift coverage, and team performance
  • Conducting and maintaining inventory systems and cost control measures
  • Utilizing Excel spreadsheets for cost analysis, scheduling, and reporting
  • Collaborating with back-of-house and management to uphold standards and meet targets
  • Supporting all opening/closing duties and ensuring smooth transitions and accountability
  • Proven leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
  • Must bring a party-driven mindset and a passion for creating a fun vibe
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (scheduling, labor tracking, cost analysis)
  • Experience with inventory management and labor control systems
  • Flexible availability, especially nights, weekends, and closing shifts
  • Commitment to team development, communication, and service excellence
  • Must have current Health Card, TAM Card, Sheriffs Card, and ServSafe
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
