About The Position

This individual will be responsible for the supervision of the food service operation, ensuring the standards of excellence are met. They will supervise associates, maintain standards and support overall functioning of the club.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, banquet and catering halls, retail environments, gyms, and/or related food service operations
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet

Nice To Haves

• Basic operational knowledge of food service equipment is preferred but not required
• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred but not required until 90 days after employment begins

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the club
• Ensures compliance with proper operational, sanitation and cleaning standards
• Supervises, trains, and coaches associates
• Performs other duties as assigned
