About The Position
The Floor Manager at The Academy of Magical Arts is responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience at the MAGIC CASTLE®. This part-time role requires a polished and professional demeanor, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to manage both front- and back-of-house teams. The Floor Manager will enforce company policies, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate with performers and staff to ensure smooth operations during events.
