About The Position

Broward Motorsports of West Orlando, Florida’s #1 Dealership selling Can-Am, Honda, Mercury, Sea-Doo, Suzuki Marine, Yamaha, Starcraft, Stingray, Sylvan and much more! We’re looking for a high-performance FLOOR MANAGER to take charge of our busy showroom and lead our sales crew across motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.

Requirements

• 2+ years of powersports or automotive sales leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of the powersports industry – motorcycles, side-by-sides, ATVs, PWC, etc.
• Proven ability to close deals and lead by example
• Strong communication, people, and organizational skills
• Motorcycle endorsement/license preferred (or willing to get one)

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of the showroom floor
• Lead and motivate a high-energy sales team
• Ensure every customer experience is next-level
• Coordinate with parts, service, and finance to keep deals moving fast
• Monitor inventory flow, floor displays, and merchandising
• Smash sales goals and drive team performance
