About The Position
We are seeking three dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Managers / Compliance Specialists to join our team in Van Nuys, CA. These roles are crucial for ensuring optimal workplace efficiency, employee compliance with company policies, and adherence to state and federal regulations. The Floor Manager will monitor employee behaviors, ensure breaks and lunches are taken in accordance with policy, enforce safety and uniform standards, and provide detailed reports to the Facilities Manager.
