Requirements

• Entry-level position with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer service and demonstrate a standard of excellence.
• Perform Manager on Duty shifts at the front of house/concierge desk, ensuring high care for all guests.
• Engage in in-the-moment guest recovery and follow up with guests and team members as needed.
• Set retail goals for staff and create contests to motivate the team.
• Ensure retail shelves are dusted and stocked, providing daily motivation for the team.
• Act as a liaison between the front desk, housekeeping, managers, and therapist team during shifts.
• Work closely with reservation staff to manage daily changes to service schedules.
• Troubleshoot issues such as broken equipment or building damage, communicating with the General Manager as necessary.
