As a Floor Lead at our Boulder, CO location, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while executing daily operations within the store. Your core responsibilities will revolve around three primary focus areas: Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, and People Management. In terms of customer experience, you will be responsible for providing all customers with a high-quality and personalized in-store experience, adhering to the standards set forth in our Retail Woolbook and Customer Journey. You will foster high-quality customer service across the team by modeling our standards and providing on-the-floor direction and coaching to your fellow ambassadors. Your ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers will be essential in meeting their varying needs and preferences. Operationally, you will maintain the store's appearance, cleanliness, and organization, ensuring that all visual merchandising standards are upheld. You will monitor stock levels, fill shelves, and ensure that all available products are visible on the floor. Additionally, you will handle cashier duties and resolve any point of sale discrepancies. Delegating tasks to ambassadors will be a key part of your role to ensure productivity and that shift goals are met. Your constant strive to enhance the in-store experience for both customers and teammates will be vital. On the people management front, you will ensure that all team members understand the goals for their shift and support them in achieving these objectives. You will model honest and effective communication when delivering and receiving feedback, promoting a respectful and productive team culture. Your ability to help de-escalate and resolve conflicts when necessary will contribute to a positive work environment.
