About The Position

Overview The purpose of the Floor Coordinator will be to ensure that Operations meets its shipping/ OTD goals by ensuring priority jobs are completed and shipped. Responsibilities Read and understand the daily priorities by reviewing Bullseye report and updates from the team. Required to understand the daily priorities and coordinate completion of work on a daily basis. Understand Bullseye and be able to create a list of the priorities. This list will change during the day and must be renewed to reflect the current priorities. Assist with tasks required to move the cards within their capabilities. Move the cards through the facility by directing Team Members which jobs to complete next. Work with the Team Leads to ensure compliance if they encounter resistance to their request. Qualifications Strong multi-tasking abilities with flexibility to adapt to changes quickly. Strong computer skills a MUST particularly in Excel. Ability to deliver results in high-stress situations. Adept organizational skills with ability to prioritize and own multiple tasks while meeting and/or exceeding deadlines. The proven capability to manage timelines and deadlines. Comfortable interacting with other team members. Motivated team player – enjoys working in a team environment. Driven to succeed and meet the goal daily. Education: Highschool education or equivalent. Associate or above degree preferred.
