Position Summary: The Floor Care Worker is responsible for performing specialized floor cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure that all floor surfaces in the community are clean, polished, and well maintained.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in floor care, housekeeping, or janitorial work preferred.
Knowledge of various floor care techniques and various equipment preferred.
Some schooling or equivalent work experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of floors in residential units, common areas, dining facilities, hallways, and other designated spaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, or perform other techniques on floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents to ensure all surfaces remain clean and sanitized.
Inspect floors for damages, cracks, or wear and tear, and notify appropriate maintenance personnel for repairs.
Create a safe, welcoming, and spotless environment for residents to truly feel at home.
