Requirements

• Having a clean NYS Driver License and reliable transportation is a requirement
• Must be willing to work evenings and nights; willingness to work during the day is a plus
• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Need to be able to lift and manipulate cleaning equipment up to approximately 75 lbs
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cleaning or janitorial services
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Driver's license and clean driving record are required IF you would like to eventually progress to a lead tech
• Carpet, VCT (strip and wax), LVT, Tile & Grout, Wood burnishing, Laminate, and upholstery cleaning
• Learning different cleaning equipment and assisting with specialized project work jobs
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
• Use proper PPE where required
• Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
