About The Position

Responsible and accountable for ensuring a safe, clean, attractive environment, specifically floor care, for patients, staff, and visitors at all time.

Requirements

• Ability to understand written and oral instructions and work well with others.
• Keep accurate records of daily work.
• Ability to operate and maintain floor equipment.
• Time flexibility a must.
• Entry level computer skills required.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time with frequent reaching, squatting, bending, lifting and twisting.
• Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle, feel or grasp objects and reach with hands and arms, extending in any direction.
• Must be able to push and/or maneuver cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more with proper body mechanics.
• Keen sense of hearing and visual acuity required.
• Must be able to handle quick turnaround times and stressful situations with efficiency and composure.
• Must be able to tolerate cleaning chemicals, etc.

Nice To Haves

• Previous floor care experience preferred, however willing to train individual with initiative and desire to learn.
