About The Position

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Care / Janitorial Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities. The position primarily involves evening hours, but availability for daytime shifts is required when needed. Advance notice will be provided

Requirements

• Previous floor care experience is required , including stripping, waxing, buffing, and general floor maintenance
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment (auto scrubbers, buffers, etc.)
• Knowledge of proper floor care products and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone for scheduling
• Pass a national background check
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and handle basic physical tasks like bending and walking

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep floor care services
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment
• Follow established cleaning schedules and safety guidelines
