Floor Care Specialist- 1st shift
About The Position
Job Summary: The primary purpose of your position is to ensure floor care for the facilities is maintained at the highest level. This position will perform all assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility. May be directed by your supervisor to perform duties to assure a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times. Essential Functions of your Job: Assigned to maintain hard floor and carpeted surfaces throughout the building. Clean upholstered furniture with proper equipment and chemicals as requested. Report any issues or malfunctions of equipment so resolution may occur. Document chemical use. Use of a carpet Extractor and floor scrubber. Assists in housekeeping and maintenance. Removes trash from facility as requested. We invite you to apply to work at our Waterford Place campus today! This opportunity is Part-Time (24 hours/week) on 1st Shift (7 am - 1 pm).
