About The Position

Requirements
- Six months of cleaning experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Must wear the appropriate PPE gloves, mask, goggles, and closed-toe shoes.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain tile, marble, terrazzo, and carpeted floors to ensure they are spotless and free of stains.
- Dust mop all floor areas thoroughly prior to deep cleaning.
- Operate a 175 RPM floor machine to strip floors using appropriate cleaning solutions to remove old finishes.
- Apply floor coatings to achieve a uniform and polished finish.
- Use a high-speed floor machine to buff and enhance the appearance of finished floors.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas to remove surface dirt and debris.
- Pre-treat carpet stains and spots with appropriate chemical solutions.
- Shampoo carpets using specialized equipment to ensure deep cleaning and stain removal.
- Perform all other duties as assigned, which may include additional cleaning tasks or support functions as needed.
