As a Floor Care Person, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Responsible for promptly responding to requests from guests and other departments Identify and report preventative and other maintenance issues in the public areas and guest rooms Performs any combination of the following activities to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the resort premises in general in a clean and orderly manner 80% of their shift is going to be spent on the upkeep of floors like carpet, LVT, tiles, and concrete using floor care machinery and upholsteries What are we looking for? To fulfill this role successfully, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: A team-first attitude Effective verbal and written communication skills.
