Requirements

Previous experience in floor care, janitorial services, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with various floor types and their cleaning requirements.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques.
Attention to detail and the ability to identify and address cleanliness issues.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

Perform routine floor cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques for different floor types.
Address spills, stains, and accidents promptly to maintain a safe environment.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure consistent cleanliness throughout the property.
Report any maintenance or repair needs related to flooring promptly.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address their concerns regarding floor care.
