About The Position

Requirements

• Able to read, write and perform math skills.
• Must be able to relate to others with courtesy and tact under normal as well as stressful conditions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans a variety of materials including carpet and upholstered furniture.
• Floor maintenance duties to include stripping and polishing, shampooing, extracting, cleaning of elevators and stairwells.
• Provides preventative maintenance on equipment as required.
