Position Summary: The Floor Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming fitness environment for members and guests. This role supports daily operations by ensuring facility standards are upheld and member needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Evening shift availability required (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
• Weekend availability preferred (flexible scheduling based on department needs)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness floor and surrounding areas
• Fold and restock towels as needed
• Ensure equipment and common areas are cleaned and properly arranged
• Monitor the fitness floor for safety and report any issues
• Address member concerns and report complaints or feedback to management
• Assist with general upkeep and support of fitness operations
