Requirements

• Food Handler Certificate required prior to day 1.
• Ability to listen, read, write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances.
• Practical problem solving skills.
• While performing the duties of this job, he/she is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. He/she is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. He/she must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

Responsibilities

• Pre-bussing - Clear plates as needed from guests who are finished eating
• Clean, sweep and reset tables efficiently
• Maintain clean floors, trash areas and transport dishes to dish area
• Check all condiment products on tables, refill as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, bathrooms, entry way and parking lot
• Stock all items in the dining room, soda station, BBQ station and storage room
