Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, and reach.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• In charge of all things organizational including shelves, backroom storage, beverage station supplies, and cleaning supplies.
• Work primarily with the products sold in the store.
• Provide customer service on the sales floor.
• Personalize the shopping experience for local customers by learning their names and favorite items.
• Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers visiting for special occasions.
• Be flexible to changing business needs.
