Responsibilities

• Supervise Room Attendants and inspect all assigned rooms and public areas on a daily basis.
• Ensure that service standards are met at the highest level at all times.
• Ensure that MotorCity's policies, goals, and objectives are being adhered to by staff and that employees are managed in the best interest of the company.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
