About The Position
The First Line of Defense (FLOD) Risk Manager I is the risk champion that works in the FLOD Business risk team and is assigned to a line of business stakeholder. The FLOD Risk Manager I plays a critical role in supporting Line of Business (LOB) senior management in ensuring that a cohesive structure and process exists to identify, assess and control the risks underlying the business processes. Responsibilities include collaboration with the LOB to implement and execute on the requirements of the integrated risk management framework, as a key component of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program. The integrated risk management framework sets forth the enterprise level governance, policies and practices to proactively identify, assess, mitigate, monitor, and report on risk exposures in LOBs.
