Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience as a Bank Teller CSR, or similar role; preferably within the past 5 years
• Full time availability
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while providing excellent customer service
• Preserve the bank’s community spirit by actively engaging with all customers
• Introduce and sell bank products
• Proactively inform customers of additional products and self-service options (as appropriate), to enhance the customer experience and meet their financial needs
• Maintain a cash drawer, including cash handling and balancing
• Assist with other administrative/operational tasks, as requested by the Branch Manager
• Willingness to genuinely participate in a collaborative and supportive work environment
