About The Position
The Float Universal Banker specializes in enhancing the customer experience at our branch through sales, service, and digital engagement for both Consumer and Business Banking customers. This role supports the daily operations of the branch as a Teller, addressing customer service and sales needs as required. The Float Universal Banker will frequently travel to different branches within a designated area to assist branch staff as needed. Responsibilities include holding customer appointments, identifying customer needs, and referring complex issues to the appropriate team member or partner.
