About The Position

Position Summary: The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Floating Therapist is responsible for providing direct clinical services for group participants. The therapist completes psychosocial assessment upon admission and is responsible for providing the clinical and case management services necessary throughout the treatment episode. Treatment planning and coordinating aftercare services are primary job responsibilities associated with this position. The IOP Therapist provides clinical services primarily in a group setting, either in person or through tele-health modalities. Licensure supervision available. Primary be working with Adults both acute psychiatric and substance abuse. Case management and group therapy Work Location: 65 Airport Parkway, Greenwood, IN 46143 Work Hours : Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with weekend rotation.

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or other behavioral health clinical treatment.
LMHC, LCSW or LMFT preferred; LSW or LMHCA required
One year experience in provision of mental health or chemical dependency therapy required
Must be at least 21 years of age.
