ACCS Integrated Teams provide clinical interventions and peer and family support to facilitate engagement, support functioning and maximize symptom stabilization and self-management of individuals and to assist individuals in developing skills, establishing natural supports and resources to live successfully in the community. Working as part of the ACCS team under the guidance of the Program Director, staff will provide services and interventions identified in the Treatment Plan, including education, supervision, and direct supports to allow individuals served to maintain their physical and emotional health, live safely in the community, and develop the skills necessary to meet their goals. Interactions will be guided by an appreciation for those being served as unique individuals and adults, with the expectation and goal of mutual learning and growth. Services will be provided in keeping with the CLS Division Mission Statement, program policies and guidelines and consistent with Riverside and Department of Mental Health standards and requirements. Staff may be called during non-scheduled times to ask if they are interested in providing additional hours to a home. The Floating ITC will be connected to the mobile team office and supervised by the Clinical Director. They will demonstrate a knowledge and expertise in the various systems across the GLE programs and mobile team in order to seamlessly work out of any ACCS program, based on the needs of the programs at any given time. They will demonstrate flexibility in coverage day to day, and week to week, and utilize best practices in order to provide the best quality care to the people we serve in all ACCS programs. This position is a Friday through Sunday position only and hours will vary based on the needs of the program.
