Floating Teacher (Full Time)
About The Position
Floating Teacher Pay: $22/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday Full Time (Exact Hours Varied between 8am-6pm) Location: Upper East/West Manhattan NY Kids Club & NY Preschool is inspiring today’s children to succeed in tomorrow’s world with our love for play— and we’re looking for a Full-Time Floating Teacher to join our growing team! Ensure each student's health and safety at all times through adherence to our daily protocols Lead and assist preschool and enrichment classes as needed by using our unique, creative and original curriculum to bring learning to life! Foster of love for play in a warm and positive environment, support your students social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth Create a strong community of parents and caregivers by sharing your classroom’s day-to-day activities and developmental milestones The statements in this job description are intended to describe the essential nature and level of work being performed. Requirements
- Have a High School Diploma or GED required
- Have 2+ years of teaching experience with children ages 0-6 years old required
- Are a self-starter, highly motivated, dynamic, and a creative team player
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are a lifelong learner!
Nice To Haves
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
