About The Position

Are you a passionate educator with boundless affection and unwavering patience for nurturing young hearts and minds? We warmly invite you to join our team as a Floating Teacher! As a teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our children's early educational journey. Your mission is to not only impart knowledge but also instill a deep love for learning. This is a part time position – we cannot guarantee full-time hours, though it may happen some weeks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up- to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides nurturing care to young children in a group setting
• Support children’s emotional, physical, or behavioral well-being; while helping to develop their social, emotional, cognitive and physical skills
• Support children through transitions in and out of the classrooms
• Meet all classroom ratios as outlined in state regulations
